Project EAGLE/Educare of Kansas City, located on The Children's Campus of Kansas City, began providing services to 132 infants, toddlers, and preschool children and their families in June 2010. Project EAGLE/Educare of Kansas City is a full-day, full-year program open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6 pm.

As a part of the Educare Learning Network, the school serves as a model of excellence to illustrate to both the public and private sectors the importance of providing the highest quality outcome-based learning environments for families and their children who are at-risk for school failure.
