Educare of Seattle serves as the hub for the White Center Early Learning Initiative services and offers full-day Educare/Head Start programs as well as a professional development center.

The School directly serves 134 children, including infants and toddlers, in full-day, full-year programs that encompass high-quality child development, health and family support. The programs incorporate Head Start and Early Head Start, and are available to children from low-income families in the greater White Center area, outside of Seattle.
