COVID-19 Update
March 18, 2020
Thanks for your support as the Educare Learning Network continues to serve the children, families and staff in our school communities during this challenging and uncertain time. The following update outlines how we are working together as a Network, and the current status of our schools. We recognize that the COVID-19 situation is evolving rapidly, and our response will continue to evolve.
School Closings
Currently, in partnership with local school district, government and other community partners, and per CDC recommendations, all Educare schools are closed, but actively providing resources and relief to the families and communities they serve. If you have questions about a specific school closure, please reach out to the school directly.
Network Convenings Cancelled
Annual Network Meeting
Given ongoing developments around COVID-19, and in accordance with CDC recommendations, the Educare Learning Network has cancelled our in-person annual Network Meeting. We will host select meeting sessions virtually, scheduled at a later date to allow for participation of school staff who would be challenged to join remotely during current school closures.
EHS-CCP Convening
In partnership with Educare Oklahoma City, we have made the decision to cancel the EHS-CCP convening previously scheduled for April 28 and 29. We hope to reschedule this convening for later in 2020.
Thank you for your continued support of our mission to transform the lives of children and their families in under-resourced communities nationwide.
