Audience: All Educare school directors and any staff members that will be involved in their Implementation Checklist (ICL) self-assessment process.
Every year Educare schools are asked to conduct a self-assessment of their current status of implementation of the Educare model, using the Implementation Checklist (ICL). The information gathered helps the Educare Learning Network team collaboratively develop goals and objectives with each individual school as part of the annual Training and Implementation Assistance plan and to inform our catalog of learning events and professional development offerings for the Network. The purpose of this webinar is to review and discuss the ICL protocol together.
Description
On Tuesday, January 26 from 10-11:30am Central Time, we will hold a webinar to review together the Implementation Checklist (ICL) protocol, which outlines the completion process, the ICL itself, the use of the tabulation sheets, as well as answer any questions you may have. Besides reviewing the process, this webinar will provide a valuable opportunity to share perspectives and experiences with the ICL among Network peers.
The audience for this webinar is school leadership and staff who participate in the interdisciplinary team responsible for completing the ICL self-assessment. At minimum, this typically includes the school director, pre-school master teacher, one infant and toddler master teacher and family support supervisor. We request that you have at least two members of your ICL team participate in this webinar and encourage you to extend this invitation to any other interested Educare staff.

This year we ask that the ICL process be completed by April 1, 2016. This timeline will allow us to partner with you during our joint review and planning process in May and June in order to finalize your FY2017 Training and Implementation Assistance plans by July 1, 2016. We very much appreciate your efforts in completing the ICL and as always, are ready to provide support to you at any time during this process.
