Nicole Kreller from the Educare Learning Network and Thomas Whitfield from Educare New Orleans will lead a session on job-embedded professional development. They will explore the use of collaborative routines to build cultures of and systems for continuous quality improvement. The session will contrast the mindsets, methods and practices of traditional professional development with embedded professional development.
