Please do not provide us with any personal information that you do not want to be used by us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Website and must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

Should the Privacy Policy be revised, we will post the changes on the Website and the new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply only to information collected thereafter. How We Collect Information

We collect this information directly from you when you provide it to us, such as the following ways:

  • Registrations for any product, service, or event on our Website;
  • Subscriptions or purchases to receive one of our products or services;
  • Registrations to receive email subscription and/or e-newsletters;
  • Submission of a contact request;
  • Registrations for individual accounts or profiles;
  • Report a problem with our Website;
  • Responses to surveys available on the Website or through email communications;
  • Posts of material or requests further services;
  • Participation in contests or sweepstakes; and
  • Correspondence with us via e-mail transmitted on our Website or otherwise.

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including details of your visits to our Website, including:

  • Traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website; and
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.

We may also collect this information automatically as you navigate through the Website and from third parties, for example, our service providers and business partners. We may associate information we collect with personal information that we collect in other ways or receive from third parties.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website.
  • Flash Cookies. Flash cookies (also called locally shared objects) may be used to remember settings and preferences and to track usage. However, Flash cookies are stored differently on your hard drive and are managed through a different interface than the one provided by your web browser. In general, Flash cookies are more persistent and can store more data than browser cookies. If you wish to disable or delete Flash cookies, you should consult the Help file for your Flash application, and/or visit http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/disable-local-shared-objects-flash.html and follow the instructions provided. However, if you turn Flash cookies off, you may not have access to some Website features and services.
  • Web Beacons. Pages of our Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyze how individuals use the Website. The non-personal information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website will be transmitted to and stored by Google. Google will use this information for the purposes of evaluating your use of the Website, compiling reports on Website activity for our purpose, evaluation and providing other services relating to the Website activity and Internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may disable cookies within your browser as described above, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Website. By using this Website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. For certain browsers, you can also prevent Google from collecting information (including your IP address) via cookies and processing this information by downloading this browser plugin and installing it: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track

Because we may track Website usage information through the use of cookies, pixels and other tracking mechanisms, your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser may not have any effect on our collection of cookie information. The only way to completely “opt out” of the collection of any information through cookies or other tracking technology is to actively manage the settings on your browser to delete and disable cookies and other tracking/recording tools. However, getting a “Do Not Track” signal to work as you might want is difficult. Using browsers as an example, not all tracking technologies can be controlled by browsers; unique aspects of your browser might be recognizable even if you disable a tracking technology; not all settings will necessarily last or be effective; even if a setting is effective for one purpose data still may be collected for another; and even if one website observes a “Do Not Track” signal, that website usually will not be able to control other websites.
